Absolutely Amazing.

This Light bar is amazing. i thought it was going to be horrible and fall apart and not work but this light bar has 7 different patterns and each one is unique. this is great for day or night time and it has 360 degree lighting. i have nothing bad to say about this product.

Hard to rate

This is a hard product to rate. It is a sub-$100 mini light bar, which is about as inexpensive as mini light bars get. Compared to other mini light bars in general this one is pretty crappy - BUT other mini light bars cost AT LEAST twice as much, so comparisons are a little difficult. For the price;It's really not a terrible little bar. It might be more suitably called a "micro" light bar because it's 12" length is smaller than most mini bars. The construction seems solid. I had it on my Ranger for two full winter months in MD and it did not show signs of leaking or condensation, even after being covered in snow. The coiled cord is frustrating and really the wrong cord for any application - flat cords are so much easier. Cut, splice, problem solved! The magnets may not look like much, but the light never budged even after 80+MPH on a windy day. The protective covers are a nice touch, but all magnetic lights WILL cause rust. This is because of metal particles (brake dust) from ordinary driving that accumulates around the magnets. No flaw here, just a fact of light bar life.Now for the important part - the light/warning capability. Honestly, I replaced this light on my truck with a more expensive brand because the daytime visibility of this light was so poor. At night or in limited visibility situations it did a fairly good job, but in bright daylight it was hardly noticeable. It's really nothing more than a bunch of standard LED's arranged on an oval pc board so you really can't expect to be blinded by the light output. No mirrors, no reflectors - just LED's on a board. The patterns are nice but it won't remember the last selection, so every time you fire it up you have to re-select your favorite pattern.My bottom line? For the money this is a decent little light that has a few quirks and is best suited for low light use.

If you need a removable lights for plowing or other construction/safety needs, this light works great. Drop it in place and plug it in.
